This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you are confirming that you are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

3. Eligibility

Employees of Toit Fishing Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Prizes

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner(s) will be selected randomly, using the Easy Giveaway App, from all valid entries received by the end of the giveaway period.

The winner(s) will be notified via direct message on Instagram by @toitfishing as soon as the giveaway ends. If the winner(s) do not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Toit Fishing Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.
  • Any unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway.
